Some freezing is normal for live-streaming.  If the freezing is excessive this is mostly likely  because the internet is under a lot of strain due to so many individuals and businesses (world-wide) relying on the Internet.  Try the following to improve your internet connection.

  1. Disconnect all other devices from the wifi. 
  2. Move your device closer to the wifi router  
  3. Connect to your modem using an ethernet cable 
  4. Upgrade your phone data to a 40 or 60 GB plan.  You can then play your phone through the TV. Sixty minutes worth of live-streaming will use approx 1 -1.5 GB of data.
