Pre-recorded Zumba® Fitness, Zumba® Toning, and Zuma® Quick classes avaliable now over on ZIN studio. These classes complement our already amazing physical classes. There are plenty of options for you to keep dancing, keep fit, and be well. All classes will be updated weekly so each workout that you do feels fresh, new, and exciting. Each class is available 24/7.

Instructions on How to Access our Classes
Click here to go to my instructor page. You will see on the right-hand side, a list of Virtual Classes. Click on the class that you would like to take, choose one of the three options to fill out the information to create an account (you will only have to do this part once). It will then ask you if you would like to receive emails from Zumba®, you can select yes or no.

How It Works

Zumba® Toning
Perfect for those who want to party, but put an extra emphasis on toning and sculpting the body to define those muscles!
How It Works
The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks (or light weights...or make your own using water bottles), helps you focus on specific muscle groups. With the added resistance, this will help you and your muscles stay engaged!
