Some freezing is normal for live-streaming. If the freezing is excessive this is mostly likely because the internet is under a lot of strain due to so many individuals and businesses (world-wide) relying on the Internet. Try the following to improve your internet connection.
- Disconnect all other devices from the wifi.
- Move your device closer to the wifi router
- Connect to your modem using an ethernet cable
- Upgrade your phone data to a 40 or 60 GB plan. You can then play your phone through the TV. Sixty minutes worth of live-streaming will use approx 1 -1.5 GB of data.
